Our Book Projects
Rodney, our publisher and project producer, is proud to announce plans for Four Drinkery based books for 2025!

Through his publishing company, Biddle Books, Rodney has published nearly a dozen titles focused on topics of Ham Radio, Emergency power planning, and a couple of other minor technical topics. With the Florida Drinkeries project Rodney will be producing books that will garner more popularity and interest based on the Florida Drinkery industries, ranging from Wineries and Distilleries, and an in-depth look at the American Muscadine grape and wine which is a native of the southeast.
In other words…. Books that are simply more fun.
As the books arrive for availability they will be announced here on our site. In the meantime, Rodney is in the development phase and is reaching out to southeastern resources for development research for the books. These resources include many Florida-based Wineries, Distilleries, and Breweries. As he travels to many of the distilleries, wineries and breweries he can often be found sitting at a table with his laptop open doing a “Hemmingway” – Working and enjoying the atmosphere of the venues he is often writing about.
Rodney’s current book releases can be found on his publisher’s website at https://www.BiddleBooks.com
Books currently under development include:
- The Florida Spirit Trail – A look at uniquely Florida Distilleries and Spirit products. These include Florida produced Whiskeys, Rums, Gins, Vodkas, and Moonshines. When available, we will provide recipes from the local distilleries also.
- The Muscadine Grape and Wines – A look at this “Superfood” grape with amazing potential health qualities and wines made of it. The muscadine grape – a different genome from the grapes of Europe and more commonly known, is being researched for its amazing health benefits including for cancer research.
. - Florida Drinkery Trails – A look at Drinkery producers you can visit in Florida, and many of the local Drinkery trails that he has written about within Florida. These drinkeries include Breweries, Distilleries, Wineries, or anywhere that produces the drinking products that they sell.
- Florida Speakeasies and other unique Drinkeries – Florida has a number of speakeasies, as well as many very unique and fun places to visit. These locations are hidden or very unique spots with an unusual character that distinguishes them. The locations we visit do not have to make their own product – and most do not. But they are popular and unique places to visit such as Morgan’s Cove in Tampa or The Argonaut located in Taveras near popular Mount Dora.
