Mandarin Heights is a Speakeasy/Bar located within the Tampa Heights area of Tampa. Though not a Speakeasy in the sense of a hidden entrance, Mandarin Heights is located within the Trophy Fish Restaurant just to the left after entering. The bar has a nice small outdoor patio area along with a small bar and seating for small intimate groups of friends.
